INDIVIDUAL RESERVATIONS
The organisers of the European Jazz Conference 2023 have pre-booked rooms at negotiated conditions in various hotels. In order to benefit from these conditions please note :
FULL PREPAYMENT IS REQUIRED AT THE CONFIRMATION
Only extras will have to be paid directly to the hotel at the check out.
You will receive your firm hotel booking with all the details of your order 48 hours after receipt of your booking and payment.
Your payment will be paid to the hotel to be deducted from your final bill on departure.
Payments by cheque or bank transfer must be received within 5 working days of the online booking date.
* On arrival, the hotel will ask for a credit card imprint to guarantee any extras.
* In case of early departure, the total amount of the booked nights may be charged by the hotel.
* No-show at the hotel : the total amount of the booked nights will be charged.

GROUP RESERVATIONS
For reservations of 10 rooms or more, special conditions will be applied. For all group requests, please contact us by email, by phone at +33 (0)4 96 10 24 81.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR INDIVIDUAL RESERVATIONS
Any cancellation or modification must be notified in writing to Voyages C.Mathez :
- By email :
- For all cancellations received before 18th August 2023 : Your payment will be refunded in full, less a cancellation fee of €15 per cancelled room.
- For all cancellations received from 19th August 2023 : Please note that no refunds will be made for any reason.
